Hi {{first_name}} -
There is nothing wrong with meal plans. They can give you fresh ideas of what to eat. In fact, I sell 2 meal plans to help people get a bit more creative. But you can’t live or die by a meal plan because it only applies when everything is PERFECT. Because life isn’t perfect.
This is why I created the 21-day GLP-1 Meal Confidence Challenge. Because you need to know what to eat when life feels crazy, you find yourself at a restaurant, cruise, vacation, potluck, or somewhere else you don’t have complete control.
I want to show you the difference between a meal plan and what we’re going to do during the challenge.
Imagine this is dinner: grilled chicken, rice, roasted veggies, a cookie.
If you're trying to follow a strict diet and be “good” on your GLP1, your brain might immediately start evaluating it:
Is this too much rice?
Should I skip the cookie?
Do I have enough protein?
Are there too many carbs?
Am I eating too much?
Rather than this spinout that is loaded with guilt about a normal meal, the PLATE framework we will teach in the challenge will give you a much simpler and less stressful way to think.
P: Do I have a protein source? Yes — chicken.
L: Is anything here likely to worsen symptoms for me? Probably not.
A: Is there any fiber/color? Yep — vegetables.
T: Have I had enough fluid today? Grab your water.
E: Is there something I enjoy? Cookie. If you want it and your appetite allows, enjoy it.
No stress, no guilt, no spiral.
That's the skill I want you to build over the next 21 days. Because GLP-1 nutrition shouldn't require you to mentally calculate the nutritional value of every bite you put into your mouth.
And PLATE still works when dinner isn't grilled chicken and vegetables.
What if dinner is Chipotle? Or airport food? Or takeout? Or half a sandwich because your appetite disappeared? Or crackers and a protein shake because you're nauseated?
That's when a framework becomes much more useful than a perfect meal plan.
During the challenge, we'll spend three weeks practicing how to build a good enough meal in any situation.
Week 1: Learn how to use PLATE with everyday meals.
Week 2: Use it when life gets inconvenient — restaurants, fast food, travel, busy days, and family meals.
Week 3: Adjust when your appetite and body aren't cooperating — low appetite, nausea, constipation, fatigue, shot-day eating, and imperfect weeks.
You'll also create your own personal list of reliable meals, snacks, and emergency foods so you have options to fall back on when thinking about food feels like too much work.
And you can join us for just $5.
Our first live session is August 17.
You don't need 21 days of perfect meals. You need 21 days of practicing a skill with the support of our dietitian team that you can keep using long after the challenge ends.
