Hi {{first_name}} -
I’ll be going LIVE today on YouTube at 730pm EST/630pm CST answering your questions about what to eat! Come hang out with me!
If you know what you SHOULD eat on GLP1, but when it comes to actually making a choice when it comes to mealtime…you have no idea… then pay attention.
You know you should eat protein. You’ve heard you need fiber. You’re trying to stay hydrated. But then real life happens.
You aren’t hungry at breakfast. Nothing sounds good at lunch. Your family wants pizza for dinner. You’re traveling. You’re nauseated after your shot. Or you open the refrigerator and think:
“I know I need to eat something…but what?”
Most of us know the “rules”. This isn’t anyone’s first time trying to “eat healthier”. But where we struggle is actually KNOWING how to make that apply to our actual life. Because you aren’t going to eat off some list a dietitian gave you or follow someone else’s meal plan in every situation.
I want to help take the guesswork out of deciding what to eat. That’s why I created the 21-Day GLP-1 Meal Confidence Challenge.
Starting August 17, I’m going to teach you a simple framework you can use to make food decisions without following a rigid meal plan or trying to eat “perfectly.” We call the framework PLATE to make it easy to remember.
Over 21 days, we’ll practice using PLATE with normal, everyday meals that you ACTUALLY eat, and then figure out what to do when things are not normal. (i.e. life is happening)
You will learn how to apply PLATE to:
Restaurants.
Fast food.
Travel.
Family dinners.
Busy days.
Low appetite.
Nausea.
Shot day.
Weeks when nutrition simply isn’t going according to plan. Because life isn’t magically going to be perfect just because you started your GLP1. Things are still going to come up, and I want you to feel confident in your choices.
You need to be able to look at the food in front of you and think:
“Okay. I know what to do here.”
And I want you to experience a win quickly. By the end of the first week, my goal is for you to be able to look at an ordinary meal and immediately identify one simple thing you could do to make it work better for you.
Inside the challenge, you’ll get:
3 live teaching + Q&A sessions
The PLATE framework guide
Real-life meal scenarios
A personal food fallback worksheet
Simple weekday challenges to help you actually use what you learn
Replays and resources
A community of other people figuring this out alongside you
The challenge starts on August 17, and joining is just $5. The challenge will also give you an opportunity to get a small taste of how we approach nutrition inside the GLP-1 Hub membership. I’d love to have you there!

What’s Happening This Week
This week on the podcast, I interviewed Dr. Henrik Gudbergsen, one of the top researchers from Denmark on GLP-1. He conducted one of the first studies on long-term use and created a possible protocol to help people taper down their dose (or possibly wean off). I have been wanting to have Dr. Gudbergsen on the podcast FOREVER, so I am so grateful he was willing to come share his expertise.
I also published a wonderful episode with Craig Lewin from Johnson Fitness and Wellness. We talked about all things strength training and how important it is. We also discussed the basics of getting started.
Over on YouTube, I posted a review of the new AG1 Pro. It now has creatine, HMB, and zinc carnosine, all for muscle and gut support. It’s a great option to increase the nutrient density of your diet, and if you prefer to drink your vitamins. And remember I’ll be going LIVE today at 7:30 EST/6:30 CST.
Thank you so much for being here! See you next week!
